Refund Information

In accordance with Japan's Payment Services Act (資金決済法), we will issue refunds for any unused paid Ruby that was purchased with real money.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is eligible for a refund?

✅ Eligible Paid Ruby purchased with real money (unused balance)
❌ Not eligible Free Ruby obtained through in-game events, login bonuses, or other promotions

※ You can check your Ruby balance in the app under Store → Ruby. Paid and free Ruby are shown separately.
 Please check and note down your paid Ruby balance before April 1, 2026, when the service closes.


Refund Request Form

Please fill in the form below to submit your refund request. We will review your submission and contact you at the email address provided.

We will review your request and get back to you at the email address you provided.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

    ※ This will be used to confirm and communicate your refund.

  • RequiredPaid Ruby balance you are claiming a refund for

    ※ Enter the paid Ruby balance shown in the app under Store → Ruby. Do not include free Ruby.

  • RequiredBank account details for refund transfer

    ※ Refunds will be sent via bank transfer. Please provide the account details you would like the refund sent to. International recipients should include SWIFT/BIC and IBAN information.

  • After submitting, we will review your request and contact you at the email address provided.
    Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
